A Danish silver “hovedvandsæg” vinaigrette, heartshaped, lid with a flaming heart flanked by two men holding a crown, gilt interior, lid and body chased with rocailles, sides set with clear cut glass stone, two lions flanking the stem, round base with balm hide, punched with owner's initials CGJ. Maker Cort Legan Rasmussen, Copenhagen 1773–1809. Weight 63 g. H. 11 cm.
