A Chinese patinated bronze tripod censer, with profiled rim and two vertical handles. Marked. 19th century. Weight 670 g. H. 9 cm.

Provenance: Descendants of Poul Laursen (1910–1983). He worked for the Great Nordic Telegraph Company and was posted to Shanghai from 1947–1951 with his wife Trine Laursen.

Condition

Wear due to age and use. Scratches, minor dents. Stains.
