Consignment Deadlines

Consignments for online auctions can be made on an ongoing basis. The consignment deadlines for the upcoming international auction are as follows:

• Oriental art: Tuesday 6 October

• Silver and ceramics: Wednesday 7 October

• Jewellery, wristwatches, antique furniture and carpets: Friday 9 October

• Russian art: Wednesday 14 October

• Fine art: Monday 19 October

• Modern art, design and lamps: Monday 26 October

High Demand and Impressive Hammer Prices

Our auctions are receiving increased international attention, and we are able to reach international price levels due to our expertise within many specialist areas, focused marketing and a network of strong buyers the world over. We have just completed this autumn's international auction, where some of the most impressive hammer prices included:

• Pierre Soulages: "Peinture", 1963. Oil on canvas. 97 x 130 cm. Hammer price: DKK 4.5 million (€ 605,000).

• P.S. Krøyer: "Skagen Strand. Aften 13. August" (Skagen Beach. Evening 13 August), 1899. Oil on panel. 27 x 44 cm. Hammer price: DKK 850,000 (€ 114,000).

• Poul Kjærholm: "PK 80A". A very rare square daybed. Hammer price: DKK 700,000 ( € 94,000).

• Pastor Malling's writing ball. Denmark approx. 1880. Hammer price: DKK 320,000 (€ 43,000).

• Danh Vo: "Det bliver aldrig det samme" (It will never be the same), approx. 2000-01. Ten canvases mounted in one frame. Hammer price: DKK 240,000 (€ 32,000).

• Ole Lynggaard: "Flowers", bangle in 18k white gold with numerous brilliant-cut diamonds. Hammer price: DKK 170,000 (€ 23,000).

• IWC: A gentleman's wristwatch of 18k gold. Model Portugieser, ref. 5001. 2012. Hammer price: DKK 95,000 (€ 13,000).

• George IV gilt bronze eight-light chandelier. England, mid 19th century. Hammer price: DKK 28,000 (€ 3,750).

• Louis XIV style giltwood centre table, with a rectangular 'Harlequin Breccia' marble top. From the late 19th century. Hammer price: DKK 65,000 (€ 8,700).
