A very large German Historicism silvergilt pineapple cup, gilt interior, of baluster form, embossed, cast and applied decoration in the shape of vines, mascaroons, fabulous creatures, the cover cast with Eros finial, on domed circular base. Presumably Hanau, c. 1880. Weight 4455 gr. H. 79 cm.
