Erik Chambert, attributed (b. 1902, d. 1988)

Freestanding “Swedish Grace” daybed/chaise longue with dark polished oak frame. Sides, seat, back and loose cushion upholstered with red fabric, fitted with brass nails. This example made approx. 1920–1930s, presumably by Chambert's Möbelfabrik, Sweden. H. 78 cm. D. 75 cm. L. 186 cm.

Normal patina due to age and use. Marks and scratches, minor chips on legs/frame. Upholstery with small defects.
